The community center and a new neighborhood are located in close proximity to the historical city Pushkin. The city's context, scale, and specific regulations were accurately taken into account. The existing functional scheme of the Gostiny Dvor was used as a precedent, but the idea of collonade was rethought and replaced by the cantilevers that serve the same function.
